2 years ago, when Iggy's was still relatively unknown, Wendy brought me to celebrate my birthday at Iggy's. Then the Degustation menu was S$175 per head. 2 years later, after numerous awards and the distinguished honour of being the World's top 60 Restaurant, the price has remained unchanged. Brilliant!
Through some sheer co-incidence, my buddy Charles' wife-to-be celebrates the exact same birthday as Wendy and so we agreed to do a "double date" thingy and enjoy the creativity and wondrous creations of Ignatius Chan and Chef Dorin Schuster.
The restaurant has expanded slightly, services remain impeccable and food continues to impress.
